EXHIBITORS


A copy of your current Public Liability Insurance Schedule showing the following information:

Insurer, Policy Number, Insured Name, renewal date and a PUBLIC LIABILITY minimum limit of indemnity of at least £2 million.  It is not necessary to send a copy of your Employers Liability Certificate.

All Theft claims must be reported to the Police at the earliest opportunity; a Crime Reference Number obtained or a Theft report must be sought from the Event Organiser running the show.



ORGANISERS


Yes, for all indoor events and is available for events held outdoor or in temporary structures for an additional premium.

Yes, included as standard in the InEvexco policy wording if the death/funeral occurs during the open dates of the event and can be available for an extended period for an additional premium. Non InEvexco policy wordings may NOT include this as standard please contact us for clarification if you are unsure.

Yes, we can offer Cancellation and Property Damage due to Terrorism cover for UK/Europe and Worldwide upon request subject to an additional premium.

You are at risk of cancellation as soon as a venue is booked and monies are transacted – the sooner you buy cover the better. The cost to insure 10 months before your event is the same as insuring one month before.

Cancellation insurance policies generally run from the date the cover is placed until the break down period of the last insured event has ended – however an annual policy can be obtained upon request if you prefer.

Yes, we can provide a Policy for this on its own with a limit of indemnity of either £2 million, £5 million or £10 million.

Yes, we have a finance option available to pay via instalments – please ask your Account Handler if you meet the criteria and for more information.

It is not standard practice for InEvexco to charge administration fees.

Make contact at the earliest opportunity with your Account Handler at InEvexco, they will need to know a summary of the incident. Theft claims must be reported to the Police at the earliest opportunity and a Crime Reference Number obtained. If a Cancellation loss is being reported, then a Loss Adjuster will more than likely be appointed via your InEvexco Account Handler.

If a policyholder wishes to make a complaint, they should contact us either in writing to InEvexco Ltd, 39 Kings Hill Avenue, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4SD or by telephone on 01732 757616 between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) or by email to info@inevexco.co.uk. We will endeavor to resolve the matter within 3 working days. If the complaint is not resolved it will be passed to our complaints officer who will follow our formal complaints procedure.

EVENT CONTRACTORS


The standard territorial limits are EU; we can however provide cover for contracts in the Rest of the World and USA/Canada on request.

Yes, the policy covers the physical damage to the Stock as well as Theft. Most policies would cover Theft at Contract Site but subject to forcible/violent entry, this is not practical therefore OUR policy provides ‘full theft’ cover. Our Business Interruption cover will also respond following a physical loss or damage in transit.

Terrorism cover can be included for your own premises and at Contract Site. By including regular suppliers on your policy Terrorism cover can offer you protection following damage at their premises too.

For Theft claims this must be reported to the Police at the earliest opportunity and a Crime Reference Number obtained. Dependant on total quantum, Insurers may decide to appoint a Loss Adjuster who will make a mutually convenient appointment to come and discuss the incident with you.
