The Exhibitor’s contact details need to be amended; what do I do?

You will need to upload the revised contact details and mark the previous exhibitor as ‘inactive’. This will prevent a duplicate entry.  If the exhibitor has already provided documentation which has been approved, we would suggest that this remains unchanged as no further automatic emails will be sent to them.

If the exhibitor rebooks for the following year, you can amend the contact details then.
