What Insurance documents do exhibitors need to satisfy the Organisers terms and conditions?

Organisers need to see that you have Public Liability cover in place on a policy that will cover you whilst exhibiting. The document you upload will need to show the following information:

Insurer, Policy Number, Insured Name, renewal date and a PUBLIC LIABILITY indemnity limit to at least the amount specified in your contract with the organiser.  It is not necessary to send a copy of your Employers Liability Certificate.
