What should a policyholder do if they wish to make a complaint about a) the advice or service they have received from InEvexco or b) the service or cover they have received from the insurer(s) on their policy?

If a policyholder wishes to make a complaint, they should contact us either in writing to InEvexco Ltd, 80 Churchill Square Business Centre, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4YU or by telephone on 01732 757616 between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) or by email to info@inevexco.co.uk. We will endeavor to resolve the matter within 3 working days. If the complaint is not resolved it will be passed to our complaints officer who will follow our formal complaints procedure
