What should an Organiser do if they wish to make a complaint about the advice or service they have received from InEvexco?

If a policyholder wishes to make a complaint, they should contact us either in writing to InEvexco Ltd, 39 Kings Hill Avenue, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4SD or by telephone on 01732 757616 between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) or by email to info@inevexco.co.uk. We will endeavor to resolve the matter within 3 working days. If the complaint is not resolved it will be passed to our complaints officer who will follow our formal complaints procedure.

Should you remain dissatisfied with the response that you receive from us, you may, if you are eligible, refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk
